En tant que Conseiller Vendeur SAV, vous serez un acteur clé de votre point de vente. Vos principales missions seront: Accueil & Accompagnement Client Accueillir, renseigner, conseiller et orienter les clients Diagnostiquer les besoins et proposer les solutions adaptées Assurer un suivi personnalisé des demandes clients Contribuer à fluidifier et rendre agréable le parcours d’achat des clients Vente & Conseil Garantir l’approvisionnement de l’espace de vente (identifier les ruptures, réceptionner et mettre en rayon) Assurer la qualité visuelle du ou des rayons de votre périmètre: propreté, rangement, balisage, mise en rayon, affichage prix, animation du/des rayons et théâtralisation produits ……
