We are looking for a Commercial Assistant to come onboard in our Commercial Directorate. Your Mission Manage the SVP’s agenda, including scheduling, coordination, anticipation of needs and priority management. Organize travel arrangements for the SVP Commercial and manage expense reports. Participate in department meetings, take minutes, and record and follow up on action items. SAP / COUPA: support budget preparation and monitoring, create purchase orders and process invoice receipts in the system. Manage office supply orders for the Commercial Directorate, anticipating needs and monitoring stock levels. Support the onboarding of new employees by organizing their arrival, setting up the accounts required for their role, enrolling them in appropriate training courses, etc.…
