Le rôle Pour accélérer notre croissance en France et à l’international, nous recherchons notre premier Sales Manager (futur VP Sales). Rattaché(e) directement à Manon (co-founder), qui porte ce rôle aujourd'hui, tu seras un(e) véritable builder, pour transformer un processus de vente encore artisanal en une machine performante, outillée et scalable, au service d'objectifs de croissance ambitieux. Ce rôle allie une forte implication opérationnelle et une dimension stratégique: tu accompagnes l'équipe au plus près du terrain, tout en structurant notre organisation commerciale et en définissant notre stratégie de croissance.
