As Sales Director for West & North Europe (f/m), you will lead the commercial strategy for BioMonitoring solutions that help pharmaceutical manufacturers protect patients and bring life-saving medicines to market. You will manage and inspire a high-performing team of Field Sales Specialists and Line Managers across a strategically important region. You will own short- and long-term sales targets, commercial KPIs, forecasting accuracy, and sustainable revenue growth.
