About the role As Sales Manager for the French Market at Amenitiz, your primary objective is to ensure the day-to-day execution, coaching, and operational stability of a small, focused French sales team based in our new Lyon hub. You will be a hands-on manager - present in the detail, close to the numbers, and invested in each person's development. You are expected to make the team work: holding the cadence, removing blockers, running the pipeline, and making sure activity translates into results. We serve independent hoteliers across Europe: family hotels, boutique properties, and small chains that have long been underserved by technology designed for large chains. You will be leading people who sell something that genuinely makes a difference for hotel owners.…
