Détails de la Mission Rejoignez notre Direction Juridique et accompagnez nos activités en France et à l'international en tant que véritable partenaire des équipes opérationnelles. Vos missions: - Conseiller les Business Units et Directions Fonctionnelles en droit commercial et droit de la concurrence. - Rédiger, analyser et négocier des contrats commerciaux complexes (fourniture, achats, prestations de services, agence, accords stratégiques, etc.). - Accompagner les projets industriels et sécuriser les contrats associés. - Participer au traitement des précontentieux en collaboration avec les équipes concernées. - Contribuer au développement et au déploiement des modèles contractuels du Groupe et formation dispensée aux Business Units et Directions fonctionnelles.…
