Nous recherchons un(e) responsable charcuterie libre-service pour intégrer notre équipe dynamique au sein de notre établissement. Vous serez chargé(e) de la gestion et de la présentation de la charcuterie en libre-service, en veillant à offrir un service de qualité et une présentation soignée des produits. Vos missions: Gestion quotidienne de la charcuterie,fromagerie (mise en rayon, rangement, nettoyage). Vérification rigoureuse des DLC des produits et retrait des articles périmés. Conseil et accueil des clients avec professionnalisme et convivialité. Garantir la qualité et la fraîcheur des produits exposés. Respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire. Participation à l'organisation des rayons et à la mise en place des promotions. Vos horaires: Temps plein (CDI) 36h75.…
