L’équipe supply chain a pour rôle d’accompagner nos 780 magasins dans la gestion de leurs stocks et de créer des outils de suivi et de reporting permettant d’optimiser les approvisionnements (8.000 références au total). Projets Transformation Support aux phases de préparation et gestion des projets de transformation du back-office et du front-office: Inventory Management, Cost Management, Service Level Management Participation à la collecte des besoins, au cadrage initial et à certaines étapes de la FIT analysis.
