Après une période d’intégration pendant laquelle vous vous familiariserez avec notre rayon boucherie, nos process et notre équipe, vous seconderez le chef sur tous les aspects de le vie du rayon... désossage, découpe, préparation de produits élaborés crus et cuits dans le respect de la tradition du métier et des normes d’hygiène, gestion des plannings de production libre service, participation au choix et à la commande des produits, vente au comptoir, animation... Vous conseillerez les clients avec enthousiasme et assurerez la mise en valeur des produits et du rayon en véritable professionnel.
