Après une période d’intégration pendant laquelle vous vous familiariserez avec le laboratoire de découpe (boucherie, charcuterie, traiteur, poisson), nos process et l’équipe, vous serez attaché à la préparation des produits en vue de l'emballage à destination de 3 magasins. Vous participez directement à notre image de Producteurs & Commerçants auprès de nos clients. Vous découperez, préparerez et mettrez à disposition les produits dans le respect de la tradition du métier et des normes d’hygiène, en respect des plannings de fabrication du lundi au samedi, participerez au choix et à la commande des produits, et assurerez la mise en valeur des produits et du rayon.…
