Au sein du périmètre Région Nord de Mondial Relay, incluant les agences suivantes: Hem, Harnes, Rouen, Caen, Blois et Orléans. Vous avez pour missions: L'accompagnement de terrain au déploiement des projets en interne (exemple: livraison à domicile, carrier rémunération, ouverture d'agence...). La résolution de problèmes complexes en agence. La formation et la sensibilisation des opérationnels aux méthodes et outils du au Lean et accompagnement au déploiement sur le terrain. La d éfinition et le déploiement des standards Lean Mondial Relay. Nous recherchons une personne volontaire, proactive et animée par un fort goût du terrain, capable d’accompagner le déploiement opérationnel de projets stratégiques. Compétences clés (hard skills) Solides compétences en Lean management, avec une expérie…
