En tant que second de rayon FCT, vous travaillez aux côtés du manager de rayon. Vous participez à la gestion quotidienne du rayon, à la production, à la vente et à l’organisation de l’équipe. Vos missions: Production / Vente Découper et mettre en valeur fromages et charcuteries à la coupe. Préparer les produits traiteur et le frais emballé. Conseiller les clients sur les produits, leurs origines et leurs accords. Assurer le sous-vide et le libre-service. Gestion du rayon Participer aux commandes et au suivi fournisseurs. Réceptionner et contrôler les livraisons. Suivre les stocks, limiter la casse et le gaspillage. Participer aux inventaires et aux actions anti-démarque. Dynamique commerciale Soigner la présentation du rayon et l’affichage obligatoire.…
