Dans le cadre du développement de notre rayon marée, nous recherchons un(e) Poissonnier(e) passionné(e) et dynamique. Véritable garant(e) de la qualité et de la fraîcheur des produits, vous pilotez votre rayon en toute autonomie. Expérience significative en poissonnerie, idéalement en grande distribution. Maîtrise des techniques de découpe et de préparation des produits de la mer. Sens du commerce, du service client et esprit d' équipe Rigueur, organisation et passion pour les produits frais.
