As a Junior HR Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team with day-to-day operations and ensuring an exceptional employee experience. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own the excellent delivery of operational HR lifecycle in all countries where Voodoo is present from onboarding to offboarding, including preparation of appropriate documentation, immigration compliance or implementation of processes. - Leverage AI tools to automate HR processes and enhance employee experience. - Maintain compliance with policies and legal requirements by managing relationships with relevant administrative stakeholders. - Own the maintenance and updates of employee data in the HR Information System (BambooHR), ensuring accuracy and timely adjustments for any changes in employee status.…
