You will join the Medical Office of the Group HR department. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Preventive Healthcare & Risk Management Lead initiatives to prevent health deterioration related to work activities. Conduct legal health examinations, fitness assessments, and oversee vaccination programs (flu, COVID, boosters, hepatitis A). Develop and implement health improvement and risk prevention strategies. Manage and supervise a medical service team comprising an assistant and a nurse, providing guidance, training, and coordination to ensure effective delivery of health initiatives. Employee Medical Monitoring & Support Conduct medical surveillance for all employees, including travelers and senior management.
