L’alternance se déroulera dans l’équipe Pôle Supports Opérationnels au sein la filière Automobile de la Direction Indemnisation Service Client. Cette équipe a en charge les partenariats de la filière et l’optimisation des solutions d’indemnisations automobiles Allianz. A ce titre, vos missions seront les suivantes: Développer de nouveaux outils facilitant la gestion des dossiers d’indemnisation, Être au cœur de l’animation de certains de nos prestataires notamment en préparant l’ensemble des supports nécessaires au comité de pilotage (qui se tiennent tous les 2 mois) Intervenir sur des actions ad-hoc visant à maintenir l’efficacité opérationnelle: traitement de listing, gestion documentaire….…
