The Role As International Mobility Lead, you will own and develop our international mobility approach, supporting employees and the business on cross-border moves and assignments. You will act as the key point of contact for mobility topics, balancing employee experience, business needs and compliance requirements. What You Will Do Lead and coordinate international transfers and mobility cases end-to-end. Advise HR teams, managers and employees on mobility options and requirements. Manage and continuously improve mobility policies and processes. Coordinate immigration, tax, social security and payroll topics with internal teams and external providers.
