We are looking at a Founder Associate intern to join us in this journey of reinventing human learning, starting February 2026. You will directly work with Thomas (CEO) and Romain (CTO) daily, on a wide variety of high-impact priorities, from executing the go-to-market strategy to onboarding design partners, to deep-diving on learner analytics and building internal processes so Raison moves and scales faster. As a close collaborator to Raison’s founders, you’ll be exposed to strategic decision-making and take part in the most crucial projects of the company, at the intersection of growth, marketing, product and data.
