Tasks User Research & Discovery Own field research: contextual inquiry, user interviews, and observation of how teams actually work with AI and where it breaks. Build and maintain a deep understanding of our core users — individual contributors, champions, managers, and corporate buyers — and the context they operate in. Synthesize messy field data into sharp, actionable insight: jobs-to-be-done, adoption blockers, and the conditions under which a skill transfers between people. Establish a continuous discovery habit so research is a foundational reflex, and champion the user's perspective in every product decision.
