Proactively engage with and reache out to customer technical decision-makers and influencers. Utilizy information on customer business, industry, needs, competitive landscape, and key priorities to support the customer's digital transformation. Run data workshops to build plans for implementing solutions that align with customer business goals and technical environments. Drive pilots, proofs of concept (POC), and value (e.g., optimizing solutions and costs) and moves the customer forward from pilots to productive deployments by rooting pilots in business impact. Troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers during the implementation and ongoing campaign deployment process and provide solutions.…
