Responsibilities Own end-to-end recruitment for Alta Ares' Hardware and Engineering teams, focusing on critical technical roles across R&D, Production and Industrialization. Build proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for key hardware profiles, including electronics engineers, mechanical engineers, embedded systems engineers, FPGA specialists, test engineers and industrialization experts. Drive hands-on sourcing and headhunting to identify and attract high-impact technical talent from defense, aerospace and other advanced hardware industries.
