Context Our coding agent is live in 70 hospitals across France. In March, we raised $20M from Index Ventures to push it further and build what comes next: billing, admissions, patient records. The next six months are going to move fast. We'll double to +60 people, open Germany, and triple the size of our Revenue team. Today, too much of how we run the company still depends on manual work and tools that don't talk to each other. Nobody owns this problem yet, it will be yours. Your mission Make sure Parallel can double without drowning in manual work. Attio, our CRM, will be your main tool, and you'll run it end to end. You'll also sit with each team, see what they still do by hand, and automate it yourself.…
