You will design, build, and run our global early careers strategy — spanning internships, graduate hiring, and campus recruitment — positioning Mistral as a premier destination for ambitious students and recent graduates in AI. This is a rare opportunity to build early careers programs from the ground up at one of the world's leading AI companies. You will own the full lifecycle of the intern and graduate experience: from sourcing and selecting high-potential talent through international school and university partnerships, to designing inclusive, well-structured programs that develop and convert that talent into future Mistral employees.…
