ROLE CONTEXT Pennylane currently operates around 50,000 business accounts through a BaaS model with Swan and is applying for Établissement de paiement and Société de financement licences. As we prepare to onboard new customers under our own licensed entity from mid-2027, we are building our first line of defence across onboarding, transaction monitoring, fraud and risk operations. As Transaction Monitoring & Fraud Operations Lead, you will be one of the first operational leaders in this greenfield setup. Reporting to the Head of FinCrime Operations, you will lead first-line transaction monitoring and fraud operations across Pennylane’s payment activities within a single team.…
