Dans le cadre du développement et de la structuration de notre activité traiteur, nous recherchons un(e) Chef(fe) Traiteur H/F capable de prendre pleinement en main la production, l'organisation et l'animation de son équipe. Nous recherchons avant tout un professionnel de terrain, autonome, créatif et organisé, souhaitant s'investir dans un projet en développement et contribuer directement à l'évolution de notre offre. Vous aurez un rôle central dans l'activité traiteur et serez notamment chargé(e) de: - Piloter et organiser la production traiteur. - Maîtriser les techniques de cuisine et de préparation culinaire. - Développer et réaliser notre offre snacking. - Concevoir et réaliser des buffets et prestations traiteur. - Être force de proposition pour créer et faire évoluer notre gamme.…
