Role Overview We are looking for a highly analytical, technical and hands-on Director of Growth to build and scale Dotfile’s growth engine. You will own how we identify target accounts, capture buying signals, reach the right people with the right message, experiment with new channels, and turn what works into scalable systems. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales to generate qualified pipeline across our key markets, with a particular focus on our expansion in the US. This is a builder role. You will combine strong growth instincts with data, automation and AI to build workflows for account research, enrichment, segmentation, personalization, campaign execution and analysis.…
