Roadmap Systèmes d'Information: Au sein de la direction Stellantis Customer Journey Excellence and Aftersales, l'équipe Service Deliverables (SDEL) pilote la convergence mondiale des livrables après-vente (documentation de réparation, temps barémés, catalogues de pièces, schémas électriques, plans de maintenance, informations techniques, outillage, etc.) ainsi que la transformation de l'écosystème informatique associé. Cette transformation s'appuie sur une roadmap visant à harmoniser les processus, les outils, les standards et les systèmes d'information à l'échelle mondiale.
