You're joining as we reshape the People & Operations Experience team, which brings together ops, payroll, people tech, engagement and internal comms. That makes this a build-and-run role. You'll run payroll from day one and help design how the function works going forward, from processes to tooling to documentation. THE ROLE You'll take ownership of French payroll, starting with a proper handover from the colleague who runs it today and building towards running it independently. Alongside it, you'll look after the employee lifecycle: joiners, leavers and everything in between. It's real responsibility, with a team around you.
