Missions Construire et améliorer en continu le socle opérationnel du Control Center (Supervision Robotique): alarmes, outils, processus et formations. Accompagner la transition vers une supervision prédictive et une gestion des incidents à haute performance, afin de garantir une exploitation efficace et cohérente par les techniciens dans un environnement 24h/24 et 7j/7. Définir et optimiser la stratégie d’alarmes et de supervision: alertes exploitables, priorisées, avec un minimum de bruit, permettant une détection précoce et la prévention des incidents. Piloter le développement des capacités du Control Center en collaboration avec les Product Owners, les équipes Design et IT (outils de monitoring, diagnostic, automatisation).…
