The Associate, Business Process (Functional) Services supports functional consulting activities that help customers define business needs and translate them into ERP requirements. The role works under close supervision and follows established procedures to complete day to day tasks. The Associate gathers business information, supports requirements analysis and helps prepare functional documentation. The role makes minor pre approved updates to processes and communicates with internal and external contacts to support project delivery.
