The User Research team’s mission is to help everybody at Back Market get to know and love our users so that we can create great experiences for them. We gather insights about what users need through a range of qualitative and quantitative techniques and translate them into valuable information for the product and design team. As an User Research (UX) Apprentice, you will work on the e-commerce experience Back Market provides to its customers, using insights to provide actionable recommendations for improvements, as well as contributing to improve our research processes, tools, and communications. You will also work closely with our business and product teams to ensure a user -centered culture in our problem and solution definition.…
