Au sein du Bistrot du Marché de Pouzac, vous serez en charge de la préparation des entrées, salades, desserts et de l’aide du chef cuisinier: - Respect du plan de nettoyage (plonge) - Respect de l'utilisation des fiches techniques - Respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité Techniques de mise en oeuvre: - Transformer et assembler les matières premières - Préparation des salades - Connaissance des produits vendus Vous aimez la relation client? Le monde de la restauration vous anime? Rejoignez-nous! CDD Temps partiel 30h du lundi au samedi 10h00 - 15h00, UNIQUEMENT LE SERVICE DU MIDI. Fermé le dimanche et jours fériés.
