Après une période d’intégration pendant laquelle vous vous familiariserez avec nos process et méthodes dans le rayon, vous serez responsable de votre périmètre. À l’écoute des besoins clients, vous êtes en charge de la bonne marche du rayon bazar en assurant son approvisionnement et sa présentation (petit électroménager, cuisson et vaisselle, droguerie, papeterie, brico). Vous serez chargé de mettre en place et de suivre les opérations saisonnières, ainsi que de mettre en rayon les produits permanents. Aux côtés de votre manager, vous participez au développement du chiffre d’affaires par la maîtrise de l’approvisionnement et de la bonne tenue de votre rayon (connaissance des produits, commande, réception contrôle, remplissage, gestion des stocks, balisage, propreté, informations).…
