Job Description As an ambassador of Alaïa, the Assistant Boutique Director embodies the image and values of the Maison. You are co-responsible for inspiring and developing your team to deliver exceptional client experiences, meet quantitative and qualitative objectives, and ensure the boutique’s growth and success. KEY RESPONSABILITIES Boutique performance and sales development Co-monitor the achievement of boutique sales targets and KPI’s Identify growth opportunities and implement business action plans to boost performance. Collaborate with the Boutique Director on quarterly action plan to drive growth and achieve expected results Prepare regular reporting (sales, traffic, KPIs, follow up, missed sales, stock issues, CS, discount…) and propose corrective actions.…
