MISSIONS Operational excellence. The aim is to accelerate the transformation of the O&M companies (more than 37 motorway projects in over 20 countries representing an annual turnover of 470m€) by developing and deploying an ambitious and robust set of processes, KPIs, measurement tools and operational and financial reporting. The transformation plan will be an essential part of the Road O&M Director's mission, who will be supported in his/her task by the SL support functions in particular the Head of ESG, Performance and Innovation. Review and adjust BL's strategic orientations in relation to the Route O&M activities and translate them into adjusted medium-term projections broken down by geography.…
