L'objectif est d'accélérer la transformation des sociétés d'exploitation et de maintenance (plus de 37 projets autoroutiers dans plus de 20 pays, représentant un chiffre d'affaires annuel de 470 M€) en développant et en déployant un ensemble ambitieux et robuste de processus, d'indicateurs clés de performance (KPI), d'outils de mesure et de reporting opérationnel et financier. Le plan de transformation constituera un volet essentiel de la mission du Directeur Exploitation et Maintenance (O&M) Routes; celui-ci sera épaulé dans sa tâche par les fonctions support de la Ligne de Service (SL), notamment le Responsable ESG, Performance et Innovation.…
