Nous recherchons un(e) Réceptionniste H/F pour intégrer notre équipe dynamique. Sous la responsabilité du Chef de réception, vous serez en charge de: Accueillir les clients avec professionnalisme et courtoisie, dès leur arrivée et pendant tout leur séjour. Effectuer les formalités d’arrivée et de départ (check-in/check-out). Gérer les réservations (téléphone, e‑mail, site web) et optimiser l’occupation. Répondre aux demandes des clients (informations locales, services, réclamations). Collaborer avec les autres services (conciergerie, ménage, bar, room service) pour garantir la satisfaction client. Encaisser les paiements, assurer la facturation et clôturer les caisses. Veiller à la tenue et à la propreté du poste de réception.…
