Paris, France Reporting to the Product Merchandising Manager, you will ensure that the assortment is aligned with the needs of regional markets and supports product development pipelines. You will act as a champion of consumer needs, ensuring that market demand is effectively communicated to global teams and incorporated into assortment plans. YOUR MISSION Analyze product performance and communicate regional market needs for product development in line with development timelines. Optimize the product assortment across all distribution channels (stores, kiosks, pop-ups, franchises, wholesalers, multi-brand retailers, etc.). Evaluate and adapt the global assortment while ensuring local market needs are included. Play a key role in product innovation and development.…
