Job Purpose Dans un contexte de transformation digitale accélérée, nous renforçons notre équipe Marketing et recherchons un Omnichannel Lead pour piloter la stratégie d'engagement omnicanal, en intégrant les canaux numériques et traditionnels pour stimuler l'engagement des clients, la fidélité et la croissance du chiffre d'affaires. En tant qu’Omnichannel Lead, vous serez responsable de concevoir, déployer et optimiser la stratégie omnicanale au service de nos clients (professionnels de santé, patients, partenaires). Vos missions incluront: Stratégie & orchestration • Définir la vision omnicanale et les parcours clients prioritaires pour plusieurs aires thérapeutiques en collaboration avec les équipes marketing & médicales locales et l’équipe omnichannel corporate.…
