Nous recherchons un apprenti(e) gestionnaire commercial(e) et automatisation pour intégrer le back office de notre service commercial. Les missions diverses vous permettront d’avoir une vue d’ensemble sur la gestion de la relation client B2B et de ses process: de la création de commande à la réclamation en passant par le suivi des commandes clients. Ce poste vous permettra également de participer à des projets en vue d’améliorer nos process internes, la digitalisation et l’automatisation afin d’optimiser notre organisation pour toujours mieux répondre aux besoins de nos clients.
