VOTRE RÔLE ET VOS MISSIONS Présentation du poste Le Médecin du Travail est un acteur clé de la santé des salariés. Il assure le suivi médical réglementaire, conseille sur les conditions de travail et participe activement à la prévention des risques professionnels. Ce rôle s’inscrit dans la stratégie Care du Groupe AXA, visant à promouvoir la qualité de vie au travail (QVT) et la prévention des risques psychosociaux (RPS). Contexte et organisation Le Service de Prévention et de Santé au Travail Autonome (SPSTA) dispose d’un agrément de groupe. Il est composé de: · 5 médecins du travail, dont un médecin coordinateur · 13 infirmiers(ères) en santé au travail · 2 assistantes · Une équipe pluridisciplinaire (psychologues, assistants sociaux, etc.) Le SPSTA définit et met en œuvre une stratégie…
