For this role, you would be joining Paper.io 2 team: we are leaving hypercasual era behind, and building a brand through top-notch quality and polish, including in our creatives. Role Create mobile video ads that engage millions of people Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark what our competitors are doing, experiment with new ideas Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why Work within a small creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities Contribute to transversal initiatives (e.g., testing new tools) Profile Fully proficient with video editing and content creation Expert in After Effects - Nice to have: 3D softwares and/or Unity Creative and have a hacker mindset Understand how your creations drive marketing…
