Le service Marketing Europe élargie est constitué d'une équipe Marketing centrale et recherche son Assistant (e) Marketing, CRM et Data. Il/elle participe à la définition et mise en ouvre de la stratégie digitale de STELLANTIS, éventuellement de la Marque ou du business unit concerné en incluant la stratégie CRM Groupe, au niveau global, régional ou local (niveau pays). Le périmètre recouvre les projets relatifs au CRM (outils, agentisation (IA), campagnes de fidélisation, données client), la formation à travers l'Europe Elargie France, Italie, Belgique, Pays-Bas, Luxembourg, Allemagne, Pologne, Portugal, Autriche, Espagne). Il/elle participe activement à promouvoir l'utilisation de l'outil CRM à travers le G10 etc..…
