Après une période d’intégration et de formation aux méthodes de notre magasin, vous assurez la gestion de vos rayons (charcuterie, traiteur et fromage) et le management de votre équipe. Vous avez en charge les achats, la mise en place des offres commerciales et la théâtralisation de votre rayon en définissant et adaptant l’offre en fonction de la saisonnalité. Vous aurez également un vrai rôle de conseil et vente auprès de vos clients. En tant que gestionnaire, vous êtes responsable de la détermination et de la réalisation des objectifs de chiffres d'affaires, marge, productivité, stocks, frais de personnel.
