Manager de l'ensemble du secteur frais libre service et des rayons boucherie, fromages à la coupe et marée, vous devrez faire preuve d'adaptation, de polyvalence et d'expériences réputées confirmées afin d'animer les rayons et de gérer les marges au quotidien tout en respectant les règles d'hygiène et de fraîcheur des produits. Votre sens du commerce tourné vers nos clients devra faire la différence sur notre site semi-rural en périphérie Lyonnaise. Gérer les approvisionnements. Gérer les outils informatiques?
