Adjoint(e) responsable rayons traditionnels (H/F)

About this job

Superviser, avec le Responsable, la gestion quotidienne des rayons: mise en place, suivi des ventes et attractivité commerciale. Participer à la mise en rayon et au libre-service (installation, rotation des produits, contrôle des DLC). Veiller au respect de la chaîne du froid, de l'hygiène et des normes de sécurité alimentaire. Assurer la gestion des stocks, réapprovisionnement et commandes fournisseurs. Garantir la propreté et la bonne tenue des rayons. Accueillir, conseiller et fidéliser la clientèle avec professionnalisme. Contribuer à la dynamique commerciale du magasin (mise en avant produits, animations, saisonnalité). Être force de proposition pour optimiser l'organisation du rayon et améliorer la satisfaction client.…
