Après une période d’intégration pendant laquelle vous vous familiariserez avec le rayon charcuterie traiteur, nos process et l’équipe, vous définirez et adapterez l’offre en fonction de la saisonnalité, vous veillerez à la mise en avant des produits et aurez un vrai rôle de conseil et vente auprès de nos clients. Acteur du quotidien, vous serez le garant de la gestion des stocks et apporterez un soin tout particulier au choix des produits. Force de proposition, vous imaginerez, créerez et mettrez en valeur notre offre de produits. Vous gérerez votre compte d’exploitation dans le respect des objectifs fixés.
