Après une période d’intégration et de formation aux méthodes de notre laboratoire, dans le respect de la tradition boulangère, vous dirigerez le secteur de la boulangerie/pâtisserie de notre magasin. Doté d'une équipe de 8 personnes, dont 2 vendeuses consacrées à notre Snacking en galerie marchande, vous élaborerez les plannings et gérerez votre équipe composée également d'un adjoint. Acteur du quotidien, vous serez le garant de la qualité de la production, et du renouvellement de l’offre produits au regard des tendances de consommations actuelles.
