Après une période d’intégration pour découvrir nos process, nos outils et notre organisation, tu prendras en charge la gestion opérationnelle du Drive. Rattaché à la directrice du magasin, vos missions principales sont: Management de votre équipe: planification, formation, organisation, supervision et animation quotidienne; Service client: suivi des prises de commandes, leur préparation, leur remise aux clients; garantie de la qualité de l'accueil, de la relation client, de la gestion des litiges et plus largement de l'application procédures Groupement; Gestion des chiffres: taux de rupture, tableaux de bord, chiffre d’affaires, marges, quotas, analyse de temps de préparation etc.…
