Votre mission: Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception et l’exécution de projets stratégiques à fort impact pour des acteurs publics et privés du secteur (AOM, opérateurs, gestionnaires d’infrastructure). À ce titre, vous aurez la responsabilité de: Structurer des démarches de transformation: refonte organisationnelle, SI, digitalisation, conduite du changement, transition écologique… Études stratégiques: anticipation des impacts de l’ouverture à la concurrence du marché ferroviaire Interopérabilité SI: intégration des normes européennes dans les systèmes d’information Piloter des équipes pluridisciplinaires et garantir l’excellence opérationnelle Identifier des opportunités de croissance et contribuer activement au développement commercial (réponses aux appels d’offre...)
